Thomas Mann has been an active participant in the contemporary American Craft scene for 40 years. Tom’s jewelry designs were among the first to focus not on the intrinsic value of precious metals and gemstones, but rather on idea and content. This handcrafted style of jewelry is called Techno.Romantic and is made by hand in his studio in New Orleans, LA. Each element used in his jewelry has a unique and personal meaning to Tom. His wearable art has been included in national and international art exhibitions; in numerous Museum collections including the permanent collection of the Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian American Art Museum as well as an enthusiastic worldwide following. Until recently, Techno.Romantic jewelry has only been available in galleries around the world but now retailers everywhere will have the opportunity to enjoy the evocative themes and imagery in Techno.Romantic jewelry.
