Jonathan Cohn Glass: Window Aquarium

This summer, Gravers Lane Gallery's windows will transform into wondrous aquarium tanks complete with hand blown and installed glass "reefs" by Jonathan Cohn Glass.

30 Years West: Sandra Enterline & Valerie Mitchell

Sandra Enterline and Valerie Mitchell graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design from the light metal program and drove west together. Sandra moved to San Francisco and Valerie moved to Los Angeles. That was 1984, thirty years ago. They have shown together and apart, shared many holidays together in Mendocino and Valerie's High Desert retreat. Their creative paths and ideas have crossed many times. Join us in honoring their three decades spent on the West Coast in 2014.

American Heroes and Innovators

In honor of Black History Month, Gravers Lane Gallery will host a special exhibition featuring father and son artists Chris and Justin Hopkins. Honoring African American heroes from WWII (Tuskegee Airmen), as well as notable modern and contemporary figures, the work will commemorate many who have changed the course of history for the better.

Articulture: Philadelphia Flower Show 2014

February 15 to March 10, 2014

In honor of and concurrent with the 2014 Philadelphia Flower Show: Articulture: Where Art Meets Horticulture, glass artists David Licata and Eva Shelley are featured in Gravers Lane Gallery's windows from February 15 to March 15. Glass floral sculptures including bouquets and single flowers will be shown.

The Philadelphia Flower Show, presented by the Pennsylvania Horticulture Society, will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center from March 1 to March 9, 2014.

Barbara Heinrich Trunk Show

Accomplished Jewelry Artist and Goldsmith Barbara Heinrich will grace Gravers Lane Gallery with a beautiful body of new and classic designs. Trunk show will feature meet and greet with the artist, refreshments, and stunning jewelry designs in a variety of materials.

October: Goblets of Fire II

October 1 to 31, 2013

Concurrent with the Chestnut Hill Arts Festival (October 6th) and the Harry Potter Festival (October 18th, 19th and 20th) 2013, Gravers Lane Gallery will host its second annual Goblets of Fire exhibition, featuring the finest works by contemporary artists exploring the theme of drinking vessels including goblets and chalices. Artists working in glass, ceramic, metals, and mixed media will be featured in this Harry Potter theme based exhibition.

Chestnut Hill's Fall for the Arts Festival

Each year Chestnut Hill welcomes Autumn with The Chestnut Hill Fall for the Arts Festival. Everyone is invited to enjoy a day of art, music, culinary delights and boutique shopping as Germantown Avenue, between Willow Grove and Rex Avenues is transformed into an outdoor arts and crafts marketplace.


Gravers Lane will feature artist demonstrations by glass artists Rex Trimm and Patti Dougherty and painter Rachel Bliss.

"The Shape of Water"

March 3rd-April 15th 2018

In celebration of the internationally acclaimed Philadelphia Flower Show's 2018 theme "The Wonders of Water" Gravers Lane Gallery has put together an exhibition playing with the title and theme " The Shape of Water": A group exhibition and installation of works by artists who's materials, techniques and forms reference nature and water. The exhibition brings together works from as far away as New Zealand and the Czech Republic. Mediums include will be textiles, painting, glass, ceramic and mixed media works.
